Return & Exchange Policy
No refund requests accepted on all digital items in the store. If the coaching had already begun and coaching materials have already been sent out to the client, refund request will not be accepted.
If the ebook have already been sent to the customer, refund request will not be accepted.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused. Gifts cards will not be exchanged for cash.
In the case of damaged goods, e.g broken link of products, please send us a an email at lafvlove@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the issue.
